Sleep Trial Period
Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before requesting a return.
Contact Support
If you are still unsatisfied after the trial period, contact our customer service team within 90 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return authorization.
Inspection & Condition
Ensure the mattress is free of stains, tears, or damage, as all returns must be in sanitary condition and include the original law tags to be eligible.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the mattress and process your refund or deliver your new selection.
